These reports are designed to provide work load and work
performance measures. These reports are generated real-time and
on-demand and may be prepared by provider, work queue, or user for
any desired time period. |

Work in Progress
Identify active claims and their status - not viewed,
viewed but not fixed, or ready for export. At any point in time,
you can see how many claims are ready to be sent to payers, those
claims that remain to be worked, and those 'on hold'.

Work Completed
A claim is completed when it has been packaged for
transmission to the paper or it has been deleted because it is not
suitable for submission. This interactive reports identifies the
claims the have been completed by provider, work queue, user, or
time period.

Work History
How long does it take for a claim to go from entry into the
system (import) to exit (export)? By provider? By user? The Work
History report searches the log files in order to allow you to
review overall performance.
