Claim Agent was build from the ground up to edit, manage and submit UB92 claim forms to all payers. It is the first truly new UB92 claim scrubber and submission software of the century. Claim Agent entered production at client sites beginning in September 2002. All standard Windows tools are available to the user.

UB92 Work screen is a visual facsimile of the printed form. Supports up to 450 charge lines. Modify and correct claim data using a mouse and a standard keyboard command.

Extensive data checks are performed to include date sensitive ICD-9 and HCPC level 1 & 2 codes. Hundreds of payer specific cross checks assures submission of clean claims.

Claim Import from UB92 print files, transmission formats ANSI 837 and NSF 6.0, customer specific file formats, or from the keyboard.

Claim Export in ANSI837 or NSF6.0 (until their ready for ANSI837).

Unlimited (well, depends on the size of your drives) claim storage and retrieval. Claim archiving allows for virtually unlimited storage.

Help system provides user with system usage and maintenance information. All data and all claim scrubber edits are documented. No paper manuals.

Direct submission of claims to Medicare and other large payers that accept direct data interchange.

Clearinghouse claims submitted through WebMD under our Vendor Agreement. No additional charges for participating payer claims.

Reports (Import, Export, Error Analysis) are stored in Acrobat Reader or as text files.

Claim access and change logs provide management with a complete history of who viewed a claim and changes made by user and password.

Data Base links to spreadsheet and database tools allow for information analysis.
